Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 14-day policy for returns and replacements exclusively for damaged or missing items. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to report any issues related to damages or missing items.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must have been received in a damaged or defective condition, or parts of the order were missing.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Please note: We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including size exchanges or change of mind.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the process.
- Include a description of the issue, along with clear photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
